I ordered this cane but when it arrived they sent me the WRONG cane. I then discussed this error with the agent at length over the phone and he assured me that Amazon would send me the right one, that they were out of the one I ordered and and to return the one they sent me, which I did the next day via UPS. Well, today I got an email saying that they refunded me the money. I told them I didn't want a refund when I first talked to the agent and even included a note with the returned cane that I didn't want a refund - I wanted the cane I ordered. I'm very dissatisfied with the way Amazon handled this whole order. They made no attempt to make sure I got the cane I ordered.
