Quality: the quality of the product was okay compared to other 2 in 1 products, like Suave. Still, my hair didn't always feel clean. Instead, it felt like when you put in too much conditioner. Also, it didn't stay clean as long, instead of washing every other day, I had to wash each day and if I used too much by mistake I had to wash it twice.

I had purchased this for someone else that I live with, but they refused to use anything but "male" titled brands so I ended up with it and I didn't want to waste it. Personally, I wouldn't buy this product again, which is saying something because I love Pantene. It was okay, but not great.
