A great product but be careful, if left to heat it too long it will pop small pin sized holes in the sides of the pack. We had an employee heat one of the packs up in the microwave for too long. While using the pack it started to ooze gel from the small pin holes. Please take care in heating these since you can damage them if left in the heat too long. When cooling and you keep them in the freezer they work great... no complaints! The size is also perfect for our company needs. Overall these packs are an essential part of our first aid stock within our company and they are used quite frequently (more cold use than hot use). Just watch heating these up and take baby steps when doing so.
