I have been experimenting wiht a wide vaiety of protein powders to supplement my protein intake. I have tried a variety of whey protein powders as well as vegan plant based powders. Almost all of them have some sort of draw back based on quality control which cause problems with digestion and absorpstion. I am very sensitive to foods and so finding a protein powder that was mad wiht care and has a balanced amino acid profile is not easy. Harmonized Vedan Protien powder unflavored mixed very well with water and coconut milk. There were no off tastes and more importantly the digestiion and assimilation were very natural and gave me very pleasnt sense of wellbeing. I tried the whey protein powder and I did not like the way it made me feel. It was like there was omehting in it that required my body tow work overtime to process. On the otherhand the Harmonized Vegan Protein powder blended well, was smooth tasting, no clump and I could feel my body digesting and absorbing it in an effortless (not quite effortless ...but you know what I mean) way....So try it out...I am going to try the Raw Protien powder by garden of life next.
