Ive had Kava in a variety of forms, prepared in beverages, capsules, gels and pastes and this one is above average but not the best. Personally i think Kona Kava Farm produces the best Kava but this is convienient for me to buy as its sold at a health food store near me and its a decent product, although a little on the pricey side.

I do reccomend trying out this brand, they make a good variety of products and i've never been dissappointed.
