I seldom write reviews for products like this, but I have a quick related story to share. I just finished three miserable months of dealing with a major sinus infection and totally blocked Eustachian tubes. I was desperate and tried nearly everything imaginable--antibiotics, steroids, decongestants, antihistamines, and well more than a dozen homeopathic remedies including neti pots, steam inhalers, Alkalol rinses, vitamins, yada yada. Nothing I tried, including this product, could open my clogged tubes.

But in the aftermath of a nasty prob that ultimately ended in surgery for me this week, just two products emerged as praiseworthy stars from my long ordeal: a natural nasal spray (Xlear) and this Natrol boost featuring the well respected EpiCor complex. This formula gives me no side effects (important for me since I often have probs with supplements) while it noticeably lifts my energy and spirits. In fact, using this and the Xlear spray, I rarely need Claritin or Allegra for my year-round allergies. Overall, I haven't felt this healthy in a long time, and if the boost prevents illness, even better. I'll continue taking this one daily even in good health.

UPDATE, SIX MONTHS LATER... I've had to stop daily use of this product. While the health benefits mentioned above continued, I noticed that my skin and hair became increasingly dry as the months passed. To be fair, I've experienced such dryness before with other supplements, so this may be a me-only kind of thing. Once I quit the product (several times for comparison), my system stabilized. I still like the product a lot but will reserve it for short-term use.

UPDATE, ONE YEAR LATER... I returned to taking just the main ingredient, Epicor, several months back and no longer have any side effects. (I'm using the Healthy Origins brand of Epicor.) The good news is that I've had a very healthy year with no sinus infections or even serious colds... the first such year in recent memory. Hooray!
