We really like this chair!

But, a tiny internal part broke after 9 months disabling the back massage unit. It was a part that looks like it should cost about $5 and relatively easy to replace.
However, they do not supply these internal parts. You have to replace entire components.

To repair the chair, they are going to ship us a replacement for the entire back unit (essentially all the mechanical parts).
It was covered under the 1-year warranty, so we will get it fixed, but if it breaks again in another nine months, we will have pay (probably a lot).

You have to purchase an extended warranty within 90 days of purchase, which we did not do. So after 12 months from purchase, our chair will stand on its own.

Lesson Learned (hopefully not the hard way).
