We have had this chair about a month now, it is WONDERFUL ( purchased as a floor model from local retailer ) after about 2 weeks the quad-roller did stop the kneading function but a simple call to Human Touch, faxed our receipt to them and the roller was replaced at NO COST. : ) ( They guarantee it for 6 month if purchased as floor model ). I would NOT hesitate to buy the next one at full price as the first time both my husband and I used it we felt totally rejuvenated. This is a purchase that we had no buyers remorse on. We will most certainly look to buy this model again, the company stands behind its products ! Thank you Human Touch for making such a great chair.
