The bottle arrived with the pump top broken. Annoying, but not a big problem - I transferred the pump from another bottle of lotion to the Ecco Bella bottle. The lotion smells great, has a rich feel to it and absorbs into the skin quickly. Unfortunately, the moisturizers don't last very long. I found myself having to re-apply it to my hands within a couple of hours. I really wanted to love this lotion because of all of the great ingredients, however, it just didn't live up to my expectations.
