This is my 3rd Shiatsu Back Massager. Each one lasted anywhere from 2 to 3 years. They will wear out when used as much as we use it, but for the price, it is worth it. I am addicted to it. Feels so good on my back muscles I use it daily for at least 5 minutes. I've never got the one with heat. Don't want it.
