We have had a hippocampe for our son since he was 8 yrs. He is now 18. We have hiked in the woods, in the snow and on the beach. It lashes well to the top of the car and onto the front of the boat. This device has given us options to go pretty much anywhere a typical wheelchair would never ever go. I recommend this chair to any parent or wheelchair user who wants to keep enjoying being outside.
