I have been taking this for a couple months...I have tried other antioxident drinks including Monavie...this is just as good, only need 1 tablespoon per day. I mix it with smoothies, in tea, or just with water and an about 1 oz of 100% pomegranate juice, but you could probably use any type of juice. It is too tart to take alone. I feel that it keeps my immune system healthy, especially during cold and flu season. I have been around lots of sick people, and have not gotten a cold or even allergy attack since taking PomeZotic.
