Jon Renau AMANDA M-10 Review

I am a long-time wig wearer (I have had alopecia since age 10) and for the past 5 or so years I have moved to monofilament top wigs as they have a more natural scalp look and are cooler in general. Although I absolutely loved the color, style and length of this wig, the thing that caused most concern for me was the monofilament top. With the constant wear and tear I out on my wigs (I wear them 24/7) I am prepared for a certain amount of fall out, particularly from the monofilament top, however once this wig decided to start losing hair in the monofilament top it did so with great speed and significance. Within a week I went from a thinning patch in the middle front portion (about an inch back of the hairline) to a large bald patch about 3" wide by about 2" deep. I had to part my hair very severely and pin it to cover the bald patch. Luckily I was able to throw myself on the mercy of the sellers for my next wig and they upgraded me to overnight shipping for my new wig. I am hoping this was just a fluke.
