I was introduced to this very excellent product during the Jewish holiday of Yum Kippur in December. I perused the shelf with the various varieties of Borscht soup made by Manischewitz, and this was my number-one choice. I'm quite certain I purchased almost every bottle they had at my favorite Ralphs market at the special price, and I enjoyed it thoroughly as a dinner item. It was wonderful not to suffer the aftereffects of eating too much sodium in the evening. Sadly, I cannot afford this soup at the regular shelf price, when it is not on sale, but I am hopeful to enjoy more in the coming years.
