I ran across this particular blend when I was in graduate school and was having problems sleeping. For me, the fact that this melatonin is blended with ginseng is what seems to make it effective. I have tried a number of other sleep aids and none of them work quite as well as this one. I remember one time in particular I tried to save some money and buy straight melatonin.
