PLUS: The walker is sturdy, and does a good job. The knee height adjustment is very easy to use. The fold-up feature is very useful for travel. The wide wheelbase provides stability, but does create a very wide turning radius. The brake hollds well, and is easy to apply. The kneeling pad is very comfortable. A definite plus is the removeable basket. I have relied heavily on the basket to carry things from room ro room. On the whole, I am pleased with this item.
MINUS: The instructions for adjusting the height were obviously from another model, and did not apply to this knee walker. The other model apparently had more small height adjustments. This would have helped,as one setting on this model was about an inch too low, and the next higher setting was about two inches too high.(In other words, there needs to be more settings for the knee height to allow for smaller changes.)
