This is the second product I have ordered from MyLuxury1st. Denise sells great products and offers AMAZING costumer service! My first order was a "unprocessed indian remy" which is a product she no longer sells. I'm fine with that because those extensions tended to get frizzy, especially when curled. They also arrived with ends that were thinner than the rest of the hair shaft, and weren't trimmed; ultimately making them look damaged. Because of that I was kind of worried to order again, but since I was so happy with the customer service I received, and the SUPER LOW PRICES, I decided it was worth the risk. Boy am I glad I took that risk! As far as these 24" clip-ins, they arrived on time, are silky and have TRIMMED, HEALTHY-LOOKING ENDS! The only negative thing I have to say is that they are supposed to be 120 grams, but when I put them in a ponytail and compare them with my first order which was only 100 grams, the ponytails are the same size, which makes me think the 24" in clip-ins aren't exactly 120 grams. But whatever, I'm still super happy with the hair and I WILL order again!
