I purchased this set two years ago direct from the manufacturer, before it became available on Amazon. I have used it regularly since, am very pleased and, having just found it here with no reviews, felt it necessary to share..

This is a very attractive set. It is very well constructed; the materials are top quality. A quick wipe and a shake and it looks brand new. The resin is attractive and durable.

Full disclosure, this is the only badger brush I've purchased - so I can't make a comparative analysis for you. But I would guess that possible issues with a brush could be hairs falling out or losing its shape/softness. After two years I can say definitely these have not been a problem. Not a single time have I shaken out the brush and noticed a hair came free.

As a last note, I use the matching mug and prefer their Sea Buckthorn soap. Primarily because - what is Sea Buckthorn? don't care, smells good.
