1/2 dropper full under the tongue twice a day. I only use non alcohol tinctures, or extracts and this brand is my favorite. I also take Evening Primrose or Borage oil gel caps(both high in GLA)at the advice of a naturopathic pharmacist. Hot flashes disappeared within days.
