I'm about 21 wks pregnant and have been using this as a moisturizer since I first found out I was pregnant. Its an oil but it sinks into your skin nicely, so you don't have to worry about it getting on your clothes. Haven't gotten to the point in my pregnancy to know if it will prevent stretch marks altogether but it does make your skin feel nice and I have the piece of mind that I'm not using harmful chemicals on my body. I also have very dry, itchy skin and this works really well after a bath or shower to soften and moisturize. After I use it my skin isn't dry or itchy any more. I would definitely recommend this to other moms-to-be.
