I purchased this item solely for a minor lower back problem, I must say it's really a beautiful piece of furniture,very well put together and sturdy up to this point. The delivery company that handled the Transport of the chair was SPOT ON. Really nice, flexible, and on time with the delivery to my home. But as for what I purchased it for, I was very disappointed. Grant it it does the body scan when turned on, and goes to the lower part of my back, but I can hardly fell I mean hardly fell the massage mechanism when it's actually messaging. Also there are air bags in the seat but they do absolutely nothing,the picture on the remote says it's working that area but nothing is happening.The foot,calf,and other back massage is adequate.But that is not the real reason I purchased the chair.
