I have been using Neti pots as a preventative measure during cold and flu season for many years ... long before they were made popular by the talk show doctors here in the US.

I recently bought one of these Himalayan Institute Neti Pots to replace mine that broke. I was pleasantly surprised!

What I like about the Himalayan Institute Neti Pot?

It is slightly larger than my original Neti pot. It holds 8oz (250ml) of liquid - enough for a thorough nasal rinse!

The spout opening is tiny so the liquid pours out with a greater force than other Neti pots with spout openings that are much too large.

I won't go into yet another discussion about nasal irrigation - it's well covered in other reviews/discussions here on Amazon.
