I haven't used it nor do I seem to have any need for it, but my wife uses it regularly for arthritic pain in her wrists and hands. She also gets some foot/ankle pain and says it helps there, too. She also had me order some last summer and had it sent to her mom's house for the 89 year-old to use. Mom was not in good shape, but it did help relieve a lot a pain and stiffness for the octogenarian.

You have to read labels because a lot of MSM lotions also contain parabens. These additives are there to prevent mold and other growth, but they are of questionable safety, especially for women, since they mimic estrogen. This brand DOES NOT contain any parabens (ethylparaben, methylparaben, propylparaben, etc) and I give it 5 stars on that, alone.
