It has a nice, fresh nutty flavor. I like to make up a batch of juice every morning. I throw a big glass full into the blender with some yogurt, and then blend it up on low speed while drizzling in the flax seed oil. I think it's a good way to get Omega 3 without reverting to fish oil. I've tried some highly recommended fish oils and fish oil in capsules, but I just don't like the fishy after taste.
