After 8 solid hours of work, my father-in-law gave up. (He builds homes for a living,so he is more than just a layman.) Even though the manufacturer boasts that they accept calls 24/7, they have no tech support on weekends. Their 24/7 support consists of a human who transfers you to an answering machine. The instructions are written differently than the picture illustrates so they are extremely confusing. I've been sleeping on the couch for a month while figuring this whole thing out. I suppose now I'll be there for another couple of weeks. If you need a lift--I'd suggest buying another product that includes installation. Let them figure it out.
