I don't know how Rainbow Light thinks that kids will consume these vitamins. They smell bad, but my 4 year old daughter gave them a try anway. She is really good about trying different tastes/flavors. She immediately spit the gummy back out. Another thing, possibly my fault for not reading, but three of these gummies are a serving, so that's quite a bit for a little kid to consume, especially seeing as they don't taste good. My husband even tried them and thought that they tasted bad as well. We are going to donate them to the Women's shelter in our area hoping someone can use them, as there is nothing wrong with them, they just don't work for us. And to address another reviewer's comments, we didn't find the batch we opened to be hard. They were soft and chewy, maybe that was an older lot? So to wrap it up, while I do like other Rainbow Light products (I take the prenatals, and DD used to use the NutriStart packets), these were a definite miss for our little girl.
