Wound Dressing, 4" x 6", Full Absorbency, 120/cs, Uniquely designed to minimize trauma, save nursing time and lower total dressing costs. Replaces non-adherent dressings, gauze and abdominal pads. Designed to minimize adherence and is more comfortable for patients during the between dressing changes. Its Anti-Shear LayerTM helps reduce friction and shearing. The one-piece, multi-layer sealed construction eliminates frayed edges, loose threads and linting. Will not disturb new granulation tissue. Non-occlusive, soft and pliable. Can be used as a wet or dry dressing on clean or contaminated wounds. Can be used with a variety of topical agents.

My "Wound Care" specialist ordered the EXU-Dry Dressings for me to use between office visits. I have a reoccurring condition that requires a dressing that is very absorbent and non-irritating if left on for 2-3 days. I have been pleased that they do not stick to the wound when being removed, which reduces the amount of pain associated with changing the bandages.

I also highly recommend Micropore Surgical Paper Tape 3''x 10 yd (4 per box) to hold these on, especially for those with sensitive skin.
