This seller was great -- the SilverMate arrived on time and it was carefully packaged. The product work ... sort of. The BIG caution on this one is that it is so toxic. We have a large great room/kitchen area. I was in the kitchen using the silver cleaner and my husband was in the great room. He began to have trouble breathing! When/if I use this again, I'll do it outside on the deck. Furthermore, you need an amount in a container that will COVER the item you are cleaning. A one half gallon container is not enough unless you're only cleaning silverware.

These people care about their product and their reputation. After significantly improving their product, they sent me some product to test. No problem with any breathing issues. SCORE!!!!!
