I started using this product about 3 months ago to see if it might help alleviate my high eye pressure. (The use of Vit. C. to lower eye pressure is not proven for sure, but there is evidence that it helps in some cases). After the first 6 weeks, my eye pressure had lowered a couple of points - but it will take another few months to verify that it is lowering. However, the product has helped considerably with my other health issues. I have felt much better and my immune system has been able to fight off several exposures to colds and flu - which was not true in the past. So far, I'm seeing some good results.

It's so much easier to take than the big Vit. C. "horse tablets", and is not bad in taste. I take 1/2 tsp in the a.m. and another 1/2 tsp at supper.
