Not only do I love how unique this stethoscope is, but it is a great conversation starter and I don't notice the difference between the Littman brand and this. The only bad thing about it is that it is thicker, so if you are taking a BP and need to put a little of the stethoscope under the cuff, the thickness of this one makes it a little difficult to do that. Otherwise, I love it and will hold on to this one as long as i can! :)
