I have been calling the company for weeks now and no one will answer my questions. I have been transferred and hung up on. I have been buying this for years and now it taste awful. I want to know if the formula has changed. If not is it even safe now? It taste watery, bitter, and just horrible. It use to be thicker and kind of sweet.
While writing this I received a call to say they changed the formula..... Hmmmm I said "the label didn't reflect this". She replied "Oh ,I know and I'm sorry." I know... why wouldn't you make it known on the label, or let your customers know???? Apparently the agave nectar has been reduced to nothing in the new formula. I am very dissatisfied and will buying elsewhere from now own. I feel deceived to say the least.
