BEWARE! The formula for this product has been completely changed and it is VERY abrasive and harsh on your skin. My skin is very sensitive and this new formula damages my skin.

I contacted the company and was told that the formula had been changed to remove paraben. Well, that isn't the only thing that has changed--The two labels are as different as night and day. The company didn't bother to change the UPC or the NAME of the product to identify the complete change to this new product. VERY DECEPTIVE MARKETING!

I wish the formula change was as simple as only removing the paraben. That was the reason given for the change in the form letter I received from the company.

I have used the original gentle gel exfoliating scrub for years and it has been a specialty item among my grooming supplies. I would go a long way out of my way to find it and I didn't settle for another brand. It worked for my sensitive skin.

The new formula has the consistancy of a thick gritty toothpaste. Ouch!

I am returning this new scrub.
