Nice, big compartments to hold many supplements (other reviewers have quantified size, but I take about 15 large and small supplements and a few meds per day). I love the locking function---very tired of wrapping my pill carriers in cling wrap to keep them from opening and causing medication bedlam in my bag. I docked one star because of the slight inconvenience of having to manually hold the lid open while filling---slightly prolongs the process of loading all the meds into a week. I use this as a 7-day reminder since I take some in the morning and some at night.
