This is by far the best FHI flat iron that has been manufactured. I have owned many of the FHI flatirons so believe me I am some what an expert on these irons. Not only is this iron Titanium, it is ceramic and tourmaline plated which makes it so gentle on the hair.It is also very light and durable. I love the digital reading on the iron also which you can set to celcius or Feheriheit. I most of the time flat iron on the the 375 degree temp. which straightens out the hair just fine but I will go to 420 degrees when I want it super straight.My hair doesn't feel like it was burned at any of these 2 temps. On other FHI flat irons I have to use the temp. at 450 degress to get my hair straight even the Runway which is FHI's most expensive flat iron . This iron also leaves my hair feeling smooth and silky and let me not even speak of the shine and softness to my hair after using it. I am so pleased with this flatiron I feel like I have struck gold.This iron leaves my natural hair texture so smooth it looks as though I have a relaxer in my hair. This is the one flatiron that if it ever broke or got damaged in any way I would HAVE to replace it. Thank you FHI for coming out with this flat iron the best of the best.
