It was very unclear from this page that this tincture is full of sedatives, including Valerian and Blue Vervain! I did not want a nighttime tincture. I wanted straight up Feverfew and Jamaican dogwood, but that isn't what this is. I suppose it would be great for treating insomnia and nighttime migraines. I wish the full ingredients list had been made clear. It's great quality though, and a highly effective sedative.
