Well, this is BOTH a review on the item as well as the SELLER. First, my rollator arrived in just over 24 hours of my ordering it. Second, the rollator arrived via FedEx in absolutely pristine condition and is EVERYTHING that is described. It is very well built and I do not believe you will get one like this for this price ANYWHERE on the WEB! I only wish they had this model in the burgundy color. Although it does NOT say anywhere in the description just what model this is, the one I received is the model INV6500. Although one should NOT make assumptions in these matters, I pretty much figured that this would be the case BUT there was some question in the back of my mind.
