These OptiLock dressings are great absorbent dressing for high drainage wounds. I have an active Pyoderma Gangrenosum (don't look that up on a full stomach) condition that manifests in large slow healing sores, sometimes similar to diabetic leg ulcers. These dressing do a great job of both absorbing the leakage and provide additional padding over the wound.

We get these directly from my "Wound Care" specialist so they are covered by my insurance, for which I am very thankful.
