I love chlorella and spirulina, which is why I use to have a green juice everyday for the past 3-4 years. But let's face it, if you're not making it yourself at home, it can be pretty expensive! If you've had green juice at its rawest (and I mean the ones with barely any apple or banana to overpower the taste of "grass" or greens), you know it can taste like a bunch of wheatgrass or seaweed. IF you have no problems of tasting grass, then these are no problem. Be forewarned, the color of the pills do LIGHTLY transfer onto your hands, but it's not permanent or anything. Just a stain, but a brief wash and you're good. I take these everyday, along with the spirulina, and all systems go. There can be a slight (miniscule) twinge in your tummy and you may feel like "going" but it's not bad; and i do find it does help me "go". OH, i take half dosage during the weekdays and full dose on weekends.
