Works much better, with fewer side effects than using the Powder (which I was doing for months) and/or the capsules (which release quickly, like the Powder). Meaning my stomach seems to be tolerate this much better.

These tablets are relatively small (holding only 545mg total or 99mg of pure Potassium), and so are fairly to swallow (and I take 4 of them at time).

Definitely my favorite form, and they seem to very well absorbed and utilized. I was actually quite surprised at the difference, as I've tried the Now powder and capules forms...neither of which worked nearly as well.
