I was skeptical that yam cream would help my PMS, but I was getting desperate, so I did my research and found good reviews for JASON wild yam creme so I tried it. It has a lovely, herbal smell that I didn't like at first, but now I love. It's creamy, smooth, feels good on my skin (not oily or slippery). I apply it after I shower starting on day 14 of my cycle (start counting on the first day of your period) all over my body. I've read that for some, this is too much, so start sparingly. Anyway, since the first time I used it, my moods are stable and I've even experienced a lessening of cramping. One jar lasts me between 2 and 3 months. Well worth the price for the results!
